Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the vineyards and the nearby Lake Iseo. The rooms provided a mix of comfort and elegance, with a charming canopied bed and rich chartreuse fabric. However, we encountered an issue with ants in the room, which were promptly addressed but unfortunately reappeared later that evening. The location was ideal for exploring the enchanting Lake Iseo and the Franciacorta wineries, despite some discomfort due to the mosquitoes at night. The service was friendly and accommodating, though a bit brusque at times. Regrettably, the dining experience left much to be desired with overpriced offerings and poorly cooked items. Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities offered some respite, with opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment.
